- Fixed a bug where UKCP would fail to bootstrap citing an unknown exception, due to Windows folder protection.
- The fix for the above bug now means that UKCP stores its logs and dependency files in %LocalAppData% as opposed to the EuroScope folder in my documents. Existing data in the old folder will be manually transferred on plugin startup.
- Added a number of extra checks to initial altitude assignments to prevent assignments happening when they should not.
- Added the "JC" intention code for traffic to LFRC via LELNA.
- Add notifications system - this allows VATSIM UK ops staff to create notifications for controllers, such as upcoming procedure changes or position splits for events. Notifications can be marked as read by the user. The plugin will flag unread notifications to the user in the chat box, if the notification is relevant to the controller position that they have logged into.
