VATSIM Pilot Ratings 2020 - Update 1

Hi all, VATSIM have decided to postpone the launch of the new pilot ratings to September 1st . As a result of this we will now continue to issue training places for our P2, P3 and vIR(A) courses; and continue to run our P1 Seminars. The Flying Programme Launch

Introduction ✈️ On the 13th of March 2021, Pilot Training put out a prospectus forum post describing The Flying Programme. Envisioned as an expansion of the P0 Initial Pilot rating, The Flying Programme proposed sessions, group flights, and seminars open to all home members on VATSIM UK to assist in starting out on the network. Evening all, As many of you are aware the PTD offers training for the P2 (Flight Fundamentals) Rating, up until this point, we have used the C172SP as the training aircraft for this rating. After collaboration between mentors and instructors, students will now be able to use the C152, C172 and PA28 (non-complex) for training.
