Hi all!
Please join me in congratulating the two new additions to Pilot Training: @Firas Bashee and @Ben Carpenter!
Firas will begin to move into his new role as IFR Flight Instructor over the next few weeks and will assist in this final push to get the course ready for release! He has been a part of the P1 mentoring team for several months and brings a wealth of real-world instructing experience to the table. To add to this, Firas has incredible passion for aviation and giving back to VATSIM.
Ben has, behind the scenes, started work on The Flying Programme in his new role as Initial Flight Instructor. A new face in Pilot Training, Ben also brings incredible passion for this community and a fantastic vision for the Programme. Over the next few months, Ben will lead a team to create and continue developing The Flying Programme, which aims to offer the best new member experience for VATSIM UK.
Firas and Ben, without a doubt, have the knowledge, motivation, and skills to continue VATSIM UK's legacy of delivering some of the most thorough and modern content on the network.
