Thanks to @Archie Middlefell for the banner!

Hi all!

Pilot Training is hosting a tour into the Scottish islands during the first weekend of July. We would like hereby invite anyone interested to join us on one or both of the days!

On Friday, 1st July we will depart Wick (EGPC) at 1400z, then navigate via Stronsay and Eday to Westray (EGEW), with stopovers in Kirkwall and Papa Westray. This first flight leaves the mainland behind, venturing out into the North Sea, and features the World's Shortest Scheduled Passenger Service - Papa Westray to Westray!

On Sunday, 3rd July we will depart Westray (EGEW) at 1400z hopping island to island over large stretches of water as we navigate to Unst (EGPW) - the most northern airport in the UK! We will have two stopovers, in Sumburgh and Scatsta.

The flights are relatively short and offer some thing for everyone - be it the challenge of navigating VFR over water or simply sightseeing. Myself and other members of Pilot Training will be in TeamSpeak from 1345z on both days. I will be publishing documentation for the flights closer to the time.

The flight details are as follows:
Friday
Departure time: 1400z
Route: EGPC - EGPA (full stop/break) - EGER - EGED - EGEP (full stop/break) - EGEW
Flight time: 45 minutes

Sunday
Departure time: 1400z
Route: EGEW - EGEN - EGEF - EGPB (full stop/break) - EGET - EGPM (full stop/break) - EGPW
Flight time: 1 hour 20 minutes

For both flights, the full stops are designed to give everyone a break, bunch all the aircraft up again, and allow people to join us later in the flight. You are welcome to fly any reasonable aircraft for these flights, however anything larger than a Baron will be a squeeze.

See you all there!
