staff-up [8th April 1800-2000z] Friday Night Fly-In - Thames Airports (EGLC, EGKB & EGMC)

Hello all! For this week's edition of Friday Night Fly-Ins, a few of us will be staffing Thames and Southend. Come and mix it up with the big jets or even try City's infamous steep approach yourself!

• Aerodromes: London City (EGLC), Biggin Hill (EGKB), Southend (EGMC)
• Date and Time: 8th April 1800-2000z
• Staffed positions: Thames Director (THAMES_APP) - covers London City (EGLC) and Biggin Hill (EGKB); Southend Radar (EGMC_APP).
• Requests or Extra Info: As mentioned, anyone is welcome to staff up adjacent units!
  • There are plenty of smaller airfields in the area underneath the busy London TMA such as Rochester (EGTO) or Redhill (EGKR).
  • Farnborough Radar would be a welcome addition, as Southend LARS borders their AoR to the East.
  • For those flying, a nice flight could be Clacton (EGSQ) to Shoreham (EGKA), with a zone transit of Southend, and an overhead transit of Biggin Hill.
