I am delighted to announce that Chris Pawley is our new Operations Manager.

Chris is no stranger to most of you and he brings a wealth of experience to the role.  Chris will move into Operations from his current training job.

I would like to thank Harry for his work in setting up the department and his hard work during his time on staff.

Only seen this now, sorry Chris! I blame my overtime 16 hours last weekend....
