Stage 1

Any interested members are invited to submit an expression of interest to jobs (at) vatsim dot uk for either or both of these roles as a first step towards finding appropriate candidates. We invite interested parties to submit their CID and name together with a (very) short statement (max 200 words).

Stage 2

Candidates with suitable experience will be contacted to provide further information, including a (longer) motivation for their application, a short history of their time on the network and how they would see their first months in the role(s) they have applied for. Members of the training team will engage in this process and provide feedback and discuss with candidates their applications in order for us to select the most appropriate candidate(s). Clearly this process will extend through the Christmas and New Year period and we will be mindful to ensure that applicants and members of our team have sufficient leeway to ensure that time can be spent away from the network.

The successful candidates will receive training on our systems, policies and practices.
