The application period for the position of Training Group Manager has now concluded. I would like to say a big thank you to those who took time to apply, we had a strong pool of applications this round.

We are pleased to announce that Lee Roberts has been appointed as a Training Group Manager. Lee will be working closely with Nick and Alex as we look to change up the way that we manage our training groups.

Instead of our traditional TG1/TG2 structure, the TGM's will be split by level - one predominantly covering Approach and the other predominantly covering Tower across the two Training Groups. This will allow the two TGMs to assist each other where required and make it easier for us to cover the roles during periods of absence.

Good luck, Lee!

Congrats Lee, enjoy!

P.S. Love it Andy that the TGs are the new “traditional”... I still couldn’t tell you which airports are in which??! Where have I been...?

They've been around for how long now? ? But if you want to back to the roots, I'd be writing the same thing if we still had RTS' ?
