Operations Director - Opening Statement

Firstly, thank you to everyone for the warm welcome, I know recuitment for this role has been eagerly anticipated and I hope I can do justice to it. I am pleased to announce that the migration of the UK Sector File Repository from GitLab to GitHub has now been completed - thanks @Neil Farrington!
