I am pleased to announce that the migration of the UK Sector File Repository from GitLab to GitHub has now been completed - thanks @Neil Farrington! The new repository can be found here:

The first and most important thing is that you read (and understand) the Contributing guide which is attached to the project. As we go on it is the intention to develop the Wiki with details of how the sector file is generated from the repository, and a step-by-step detailing how to contribute (for those with less experience of Git repositories).

Something important to note (that differs from GitLab): if you'd like to 'claim' an issue as something you're working on, simply comment on it and one of the admin/collaborator team will assign it to you!

The issue tracker may be updated by anyone, and after each release of the AIRAC, a discussion thread on the forum will be used to track the review of the amendment document, ensuring we don't miss any changes that cycle. Here's an example for 1701.
