In order to assist with flow manangement, the GMP assistant position has temporarily been established for the 'From Cider to Cellars' event. It shall only be opened when rostered as part of the event.

Note: GMP Assistant is not currently included in the sector file.

The controller is not to select a Euroscope primary frequency but shall monitor the GMP AFV/text frequency.

The GMP Assistant's role is to suppport GMP with flow manangement. During the event, there will be an MDI of 3 minutes on all departures to LPPR. When aircraft request push, GMP Assistant shall enter their pushback time and position in the queue in the departure list. GMP Assistant must monitor the status of aircraft to ensure they are not missing their slots and that GMP is handing them over on time to tower for pushback. 

GMP Assistant shall also perform other duties as delegated by the GMP Controller including but not limited to complex coordination.
