Approach Control Procedural is the provision of an Air Traffic Service to aircraft arriving, departing and overflying aircraft without the use of ATS surveillance equipment (Radar). This document describes the equipment, procedures, and basic controlling techniques which may be used by a non-radar Approach Control unit.
