Our event is open-door, meaning every VATSIM member is welcome to join us for this in-person event over the weekend of 10th and 11th August 2024. This is the one chance each year to fly, control and socialise alongside other VATSIM members from across the network hosted in the UK. It is not only a moment to deepen the experience of the network, but also learn and collaborate with other members. 

Our prices have increased very slightly for the first time in several years -  a weekend ticket is £38 and a day ticket is £28 for either Saturday or Sunday. This is due to an increase in room hire cost from the venue. As always we endeavor to keep the cost of the weekend as low as possible to provide the room and equipment required to facilitate this event.

Our site includes information about food available on site, parking nearby and accommodation options nearby which could be useful for attendees.

Tickets can be purchased until 7 days before the event begins.
