VATSIM UK needs volunteers for the new P3 Course!

VATSIM UK is asking for talented aviation lovers wanting to help the divison create a new P3 course.
Course content creators
You will be given the resource, guidance, and support needed to help us create the lesson content needed for the P3 course. The P3 is being created with a radically new approach in comparison to the P1 and P2 courses, and you will be involved in the implementation of a brand new training system. Those involved in the creation of the course will also have the opportunity to become P3 mentors when the course is released. To apply, you will need:
- To have a P3 or P4, OR be a (ideally professional) pilot with an MEP class rating (does not need to be current)
- Ideally have experience as a mentor OR have experience as a Flight Instructor
- The ability to record decent audio and screen capture content at 1080p 30fps or higher
If you have a P2 and are interested in becoming a P3 mentor as well as contriburing to the course creation, please get in touch and let us know.
Video editor
The P3 course will have video content. You will be given guidance and support to ensure that you have the tools and understanding to create what we need. The work is simple. Therefore we require video editors to do some basic video editing, which will mostly be simple edits and some very simple kinetic typography which complies with our branding guideline. To apply, you will need:
- Experience video editing
- Have your own video editing set up
You do not need a showreel, but proof of some of your past projects would be benefitial.
