Hi All,

A busy time for the Member Services department lately. We have concluded the recent round of recruitment for new member services assistants.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome @William Shaw and @William Brushfield to the MS team. They both have a good deal of recent experience within the division and will be a great assets to the team.

With the new additions it is sadly also time to say goodbye to someone else. @Dale Stainrod is leaving the MS team to focus his efforts with the Pilot Training department in continuing to develop and improve the P1 training course. I would like to thank Dale for his hard work during his time in MS and wish him all the best as he moves on.

Dale, thank you for all your work within the department. Your commitments have not gone unnoticed and you have been a massive help with lighting the ATC Training teams workload. You have always been around to answer my many questions, and I am very glad you are staying within your role as a Pilot Instructor.

@William Shaw and @William Brushfield I welcome you to the staff team! You both have have some big boots to fill with Dale leaving. If you have any questions, I'm just one DM away 🙂 Enjoy!
