Hi all,

After some careful consideration, I regret to say I’ve tendered my resignation to the DSG. Having recently accepted a new role in 'the real world', my spare time is looking very minimal for the future.

I would like to thank @Chris Pawley and the rest of the DSG for giving me the opportunity to build and develop the Member Services department from scratch. Significant progress is being made in the department now thanks to @Adam Meade, @James Thomas, @Luke Peters and @Matthew Wilson, and I look forward to seeing where it's heading under new leadership.

I will continue in post until mid-November, or until a new Member Services Director has been appointed.

@Tom Earl thank you for your work in developing the Member Services team - you and your team have without a doubt saved many hours of administration work for the Training Department. I wish you all the best with your new opportunity - please don't be a stranger 😄

Thank you Tom for your hard work over the last few months in setting up the Member Services team - it's been genuinely instrumental in alleviating the workload on the ATC team, allowing us to enjoy our roles much more, and in providing a better, more streamlined support service to our members!
