Time to say goodbye

Dear all,

It is with regret that I will be leaving my role as ATC Administrative Manager, with immediate effect.

For the most part, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time within the department. During my time, we have seen a huge improvement which has only been possible with the immense effort put in by each and every person within the department, both past and present. It also wouldn't have been possible without the mentoring team dedicating their time, and students showing a willingness to learn.

I am grateful to have been part of the department during such an amazing period, and hope that one day I can rejoin the staff team to offer my time once more.

Many thanks

Alex

Alex,

I abbreviate what I sent to you directly.

Few people have achieved what you have in the last years; I for one am grateful for that, as is the division in general. Thanks for providing us with your time and efforts in furthering the aims of the organisation. It is highly appreciated from students entering our training scheme through to the DSG.

Good luck in the future.

Chris.

I remember when you first entered your role - and you said 'we're gonna sort things out'. You were right - and students across the division will agree. Best of luck with everything coming up!

Alex, I know when I have came across you it hasn't been for the best of reasons however I suppose it's nobody's fault but my own! I would like to apologise for anything that has happened and I wish you all the best in your future!

Alex, working with you over the last year has been a pleasure and the work you have been putting in has made a real difference within the ATC TD. Gone from one big loss to another, some massive boots to fill now...

Good luck with the US!

Alex,

I want to thank you for the hundreds of hours contributed to this division during your tenure; the department really is in a better state of affairs than it was in the beginning and I have no doubt that this is due to your guiding hand at the tiller.

You have been a sterling example to the younger staff members with your attributes of kindness, loyalty, and personal effectiveness. It is also very hard to come by a member with such a good personality and sense of humour which I know you will retain for years to come.

I hope that you enjoy your time in Phoenix and wish you all the best with your pilot training and with your future endeavours.

Kind Regards,

Nathan

Good luck with the future and I have a feeling you will be back on the team again when you get back from the USA.

Thanks a lot for all the messages. I've had a great time in ATC Training, and glad to have made an impact.

I hope to be able to rejoin the staff team in the future, but I'm going to enjoy taking a step back for a little while ?.
