Good Evening,

Thanks to some very generous donations gifted by some of our members over the years, we have been in a very fortunate position in terms of comfortably covering our outlays that we incur whilst running the Division without having to go out to the general membership.

We have recently been looking ahead at our anticipated expenditure over the next year and the finances that we will require to continue to provide the services within the Division that we currently do. We believe now is the right time to go out to our community with our Donations policy.

As a voluntary organisation, we rely on the generosity of our membership to keep this place running; although donating is by no means mandatory, any donations, no matter how big or small, to help with the upkeep of our services will be greatly appreciated. 
 
Please find attached herewith our Donations policy. Details of how you can donate can be found within.
 
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank @Sean Reedman who has kindly agreed to be our Independent Auditor. Sean has the ability to view our account and ensure that the monies are appropriately managed.

Hope you are well.

In the past 12 months, our expenditure has been approximately £150.  This has mainly been on server hosting, domain renewals and IPB board upgrades.  I don't see this changing too much moving forward.

Would you say we are restricted by the donations we receive? I.e. if you had more would there be other projects or improvements you would look to implement?
