ATC Mentor Feedback Form

We have now introduced a feedback form for ATC Mentors. It is available here.

What this form is:

  • An opportunity for students to provide constructive feedback to their mentors, regarding how they conducted a particular mentoring session.
  • A place for mentors to help each other, by providing constructive feedback. For example, another mentor who is controlling adjacent to the mentoring session may wish to feedback on the way a particular situation was handled by the mentor.
  • A means through which mentors may be recognised for the effort they put into mentoring and the quality of their teaching. This will be fed back to the mentors through the training department.
  • A way in which the ATC Training Department may track training issues and trends, in order to ensure consistent training across the division.

What this form is not:

  • A place to nit-pick mentors in excruciating detail, just because they didn't know one ridiculously intricate local procedure in detail without referring to the vMATS.
  • A place to give feedback on the student in a mentoring session. For that, please use this form.
  • A place to give feedback on group sessions. For that, please use this form.

Thank you to all who have submitted feedback so far, it has been passed on anonymously to your mentors and has been well received. :)
