It is linked yes, TFDi wish to support the division and PTD. I'm sure the DSG can comment further as I'm no longer prevy to currently developments but was involved in the intailly discussions with them.

When I did a course in professional writing we were always told to use abbreviations however the full word should be spelt out first. For example, Board of Governors (BoG).

Can someone explain what TFDi and ELPs mean, please?

What is the mysterious 'executive session' that you move in and out of? I note that's you were executing for at least an hour. Also, how can you finish... Whatever it is at 2202z yet the meeting finish before 2200z?
