vATIS

I decided to try to setup the new vATIS but could not find a  suitable profile.
Frazer Cooper has produced a profile for area controllers and Lenny Cotton has produced a profile for APC controllers.
I found with Lenny's profiles, I couldn't find a download and had to copy EGGP and EGNR profiles to notebook text and convert it to a json file.
The latter worked ok but I couldn't upload GP and NR simultaneously.
By modifying Frazer's AC North profile I can use it as an APC controller rather than an area controller and can now display both GP and NR together and can use the other listed airfields as required. I tested the latter on line and voice and text worked fine. The question is, as vATIS is to become the defacto ATIS is anyone producing the necessary profiles as required by APC and other controllers? Perhaps, Frazer may consider modifying his area profiles for use by non area controllers and release a modified profile for general use?

I think the two providers that you have mentioned already provide a solid base from which you can modify to your needs.

You can connect two ATISs at the same time. All you have to do is navigate to the aerodromes displayed along the top, and connect them individually.

Thanks Will for reference to the code to allow downloads, it would have saved me the problem of converting selected
Lenny's copied aerodromes profiles (text) to json files. Unfortunately, as I mentioned above, I required EGGP and EGNR to be displayed
and EGNR is not in the zip file. This is not a problem as I can transfer Frazer's EGNR json file into Lenny's
zipped file. However, for me, I personally prefer my modified APT Frazer's profiles as it also includes  transition levels
and a EGNR profile. Both profiles are appreciated and require time and effort to produce, so well done Frazer and Lenny, thanks.
