      Effective 26 February 2020

From the effective date, new instrument procedures are established to enable the flow of traffic in and outbound from Farnborough (EGLF). These are also supported by a new RMA and new procedures between London sectors interfacing with and Farnborough Approach.

      SIDs
Two SIDs are added for each runway, the GWC (2L/2F) and HAZEL (2L/2F) procedures fly the same track, with procedures at HAZEL terminating earlier than the procedure that continue to GWC.

Traffic flying a HAZEL departure will route via L620 to SAM and onwards
      STARs
Aircraft capable of RNAV1 procedures will be assigned to fly the CPT1V, SOKDU1V, KATHY1V or ELDAX1V:

Aircraft capable of RNAV5 procedures will be assigned to fly the CPT1P, ABSAV1P, NOTGI1P:

All Farnborough (EGLF) STARs are also applicable to the Wessex Group of airfields.
      RMA

Farnborough (EGLF) Approach is allocated an RMA as depicted below. This depends on the runway in use at London/Heathrow (EGLL)

For the Midweek Madness event at London/Stansted (EGSS) , in order to manage the increased workload in the TC North-East sector, additional divisions of the airspace are planned.
      Positions
      TC North-East

      Frequency: 118.820 MHz
      RTF callsign: London Control
      Coordination callsign: TC North East
      Top-down responsibility for: TC Lorel
TC North East is responsible for its usual airspace (minus that of TC Lorel, see below) - during the split configuration has responsibility for Heathrow Inbounds to Lambourne, Heathrow and Essex outbounds via BRAIN and Gatwick outbounds via FRANE. Note that Heathrow outbounds must remain inside TC NE's sector (i.e. below FL115 above the Heathrow RMA) unless coordinated.
      TC Lorel

      Frequency: 129.270 MHz
      RTF callsign: London Control
      Coordination callsign: TC Lorel
      Top-down responsibility for: None
TC Lorel is responsible for Essex inbound traffic from the South and West. Their airspace is the piece of TC NE directly above London/Heathrow from FL115 to FL155 and all airspace North and West of the Stansted centerline.

      Procedure Changes
When splitting these sectors, inform: AC North, AC Daventry, AC Dover, TC East, Brussels, Amsterdam and Maastricht . All should be aware of these positions and their functions.
Traffic inbound to LTMA via BARMI will be handed from AC North to Sector 13 / 14 as required, and transit Sector 12 at the agreed level at BARMI (i.e. FL300 for EGLL and FL260 for EGKK). Traffic is not RFD/RFD in Sector 12. (Similar to AC Daventry->TC SW for EGKK inbounds at KIDLI)
Traffic inbound to EGLL below FL290 will be handed to Sector 14 in the IBNOS/SASKI area, this traffic needs to be descended relatively early to avoid entering Sector 13 enroute to LOGAN. TC East should recieve this traffic at FL240, with traffic from Sector 13 at FL250.

Rathlin to Antrim and Antrim to PC West for Manchester TMA inbounds (traffic is now kept in Rathlin and transferred to PC West)
PC East to ScTMA (Talla)  and ScTMA (Talla) to Deancross for Manchester TMA and EGCN outbounds (traffic is now climbed by PC and transferred to Deancross directly)
This paves the way for future documentation which is in preparation which should ensure a more coherant and enjoyable experience in controlling in the Scottish FIR.  The 2020/07 version of the sector file contains these changes, and a new version of the agreed level diagrams is available.

Thanks to @Harry Sugden for reviewing these agreements, updating the agreed level diagrams and leading the sector file changes necessary to reflect these changes.
