Job Summary:

The marketing department is the face of the Division. We are looking for someone to join our  team as a junior member to assist  in  developing outreach elements with members and enhancing events offered to members. There is scope for responsibility to grow as the new member of the team gains experience.

The marketing assistant will be responsible for:

• Assisting the media manager with the running of our social media and streaming platforms. 

• Assisting the marketing team with the planning of events and communicating these to our members

The preferred candidate will have:

• Excellent communication, administrative and teamwork skills

• A motivation to excel and grow in thisrole

• A level of knowledge on video editing software

• Have some experience using Adobe Photoshop

The successful candidate must:

• Be a VATSIM UK home member in good standing

• Be able to thrive in a small team

• Have the availability to answer emails, forum, and discord messages on a daily basis

• Be able to spend at least five hours per week on their duties
