We are pleased to announce the return of VATSIM UK Live! for the 9th edition.

We will return to Conference Aston (in the same room we used in 2019) in Birmingham on the 8th and 9th August 2020 (both days 0900z-2100z).

Our website will shortly be updated to enable you to make bookings for the event and for car parking only - we will not be offering an option to book accomodation with us this year. If you require accomodation you can book via Conference Aston directly or via one of the third party providers.

This weekend is a great way to meet your fellow members in person and enjoy flying and controlling along side each other for two days. (Note: you need to bring your own equipment!). During the weekend we will have network events and there are social activities for you to partake in during the weekend. This adds a nice dimension to the hobby - working side-by-side with fellow members rather than only in a virtual environment.

We will provide more information closer to the date about our planned network activities and of course, let you know when you can book a ticket.

The Live! organisers.

Update 31/5/2020 : We have unfortunately had to cancel this event - due to uncertainty related to COVID-19 - more details:

When are tickets avaliable

It'll be announced on social media and the forums when they become available. You can book travel arrangements and hotels now though since the date won't move.
