All,

I would like to say thank you to everyone who applied, there were some fantastic applications. Please join me in welcoming @Ben Wright and @Harrison Grose who will both be joining the staff team as Marketing Managers. Ben is a known member of the community and will be working alongside me to help with event planning, VACC partnerships and working with the community to promote staff-ups. Harrison has brilliant experience working with video editing software(s), running media channels outside of Vatsim and live streaming.

Thanks to everyone for the congratulations!

As @Loui Ringer has mentioned before, there were a lot of applications for this role, and whilst not everyone could get the position, it doesn't mean you can't contribute towards the running of the department. Neither me, nor @Harrison Grose are experts at everything (hence why two of us have been appointed) and if you've got an area of expertise, or just want to contribute, then please get involved! I'm looking forward to working alongside you all, and especially with Harrison, who has been appointed alongside me.

I'm slightly late to the party... but... nonetheless... thank you everyone for congrats!

@Ben Wright has summed up very well our intentions moving forwards, any and all contributions are appreciated and we will certainly be looking for help in the areas we are less competent in. I can't wait to get started and I'm looking forwards to working with you all and Ben!
